I am intelligent and educated black man. I worked here for over two years, and tolerated discrimination from my boss. Making discriminatory remarks regarding African Americans is totally unacceptable behavior. I went to HR with the matter, and they covered the matter up. I quit with my dignity and pride. Please find another provider.

I would say that the gentleman named Jared, who helped my daughter and me out yesterday, did a great job. Very helpful with a great attitude considering all the issues. But the technical problems that we had was frustrating and took forever to fix the smallest issues. Literally JUST walked into this store to check out the S8 display and possibly pre order..not ONE employee said "hello", "I'll be right with you" or anything. (Not to mention there was only a total of 3 customers in the store, two if which were browsing) Therefore I'll wait to go to the Columbia store tomorrow and see if anyone is interested in helping me there. I have to say, EVERY time I step into the store, I'm greeted w a smile and feel very welcomed! All the CSRs are amazingly helpful!! Especially Merrily, she goes above and beyond to help w whatever problem I'm facing. Thank you to all the staff there, a major reason why I've stayed with the service for over 10 yrs now! You are simply the BEST!
