Extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior. This contractor showed up visibly sick — sneezing constantly, with a runny nose and red eyes — and then became angry when I simply asked if he was sick and said I preferred to keep some distance for health reasons. Instead of acting professionally, he suddenly slammed my front door as hard as he could and stormed off. He literally ran away in anger like a child having a tantrum. Horrible job! I really liked Ben Lee and chose him over another contractor who I had previously used. The only reason I chose him was because I had a 4000 sq ft home and Ben promised me 4 guys and my previous contractor only had 2 guys. I had a schedule which needed to be followed as I had other contractors coming the following week. The first day only 1 guy showed up. I contacted Ben and he assured me that other guys were on their way. To make a long story short, I ended up 2 guys for 3 days and then a 3rd guy showed up. I ... read more
