I had a positive experience with Dr. Barkataki. Dr. Barkataki was patient, kind, and thorough in explaining condition and answering questions. The nurses were wonderful, and kindly went over and provided instructions for treatment.
Worst possible place to get treatment for a wound. USC should either do a massive overhaul of this location, or just shut it down. Dr. Cook, in particular, is extremely callous. In general, it’s sad how such a sad place can have so many positive reviews plastered in their office.
Horrible place. Care little about patients. Doctors incredibly arrogant. Another example of why US healthcare is so broken.
I wouldn't go back to these people if you paid me Dr Cook is a complete jerk who won't listen to you and he thinks he knows everything and guess what he misdiagnosed me I had a fungal infection with 80 lb of biofilm all over my body and that guy told me it was The Ridges of my scalp? Do not go here
