I got a lens replaced at Roski, trusted them because of some nationally high rating. My vision was worse after the lens replacement so they did a lasik. My vision was still bad. During one visit I waited 3 hours in an inner waiting area because they "forgot" I was there. They claimed the doctor had an emergency but i watched him go from room to room, saying, "now you take care of that eye, Mrs. Smith!" In other words, no emergency. After returning from a trip from Europe severely jet lagged and with an infected ankle, I knew I needed care quickly. I made an app, and was seen, treated, and given antibiotics within 3 hours! This was after a home doctor scared me into going to the ER the night before, where I waited for 3 hours and nothing happened. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and facilities are clean and bright. I highly recommend for someone who needs care on a weekend day
Dr. Alena Reznick was superb. Answered my questions clearly and explained what was going on very well. She was punctual. The office staff was efficient and helpful.
Amazing doctors and amazing customer service. The staff is super helpful. I mistakenly went to the Pasadena office instead of the main campus and was on the way to the main campus when Jennifer called me and said she was able to get me in to see they other specialist in the Pasadena office. Jennifer's quick thinking saved me over an hr I travel time - great service. It is great to know everyone helps to provide the best customer service possible.
I have an eye condition that requires continuing care so I go to that location regularly. Everyone is excellent at what they do and very helpful and friendly. I'm getting care from world-class specialists from the USC Eye Institute at the health sciences campus — without having to go there. There is seldom a wait and the facility is beautiful. It couldn't be better!
