Horrible, disgusting, annoying wait times. They are always much much later than the scheduled time. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I was highly impressed by how methodical Dr. O was for a procedure yesterday. Yes, the office frequently runs behind and I've had to wait every time I've gone, but when I do get in the room, the staff takes their time, takes time to explain, and listen, and answers questions very thoroughly. To me, that is worth the wait.
I came to an appointment with my wife for our first anatomy scan for this pregnancy. We were excited to see detailed images of the baby together. We had to bring our one year old son with us because we didn’t have anyone to watch him, but my wife had called ahead to ask if that was ok and they told her it was not a problem. If you don’t mind sitting in lobbies and being on time when they aren’t, this is the office for you. Been here twice and have never been seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. The second time it was over an hour. It’s okay though... I have nowhere else to be in the middle of a work day...
