I cancelled my services with USBA because I was not informed of the life insurance or the health insurance I would be receiving. I was told I would have options. I did not, I was automatically enrolled in a plan that began taking money out of my account. Even after I requested a cancellation, I was still being charged. It's been a long process to have them stop charging me for services I have never used. Whatever they are offering is not worth the hassle.

Very dissapointed, called to cancel a life insurance that I purchased for my daughter in 2007, every time I called was givin different instructions . I think when a person wants to cancel the policy, people who work for USBA are trained to lie and pass you from one telephone to another. I spoke to a representative to cancel the policy in May and they continue to charge us the primum. So I called today after receiving a letter saying that the policy was still open.
