I accidentally uploaded a larger amount into my account for my exams. I reached out to support to see if I could get that back to my bank account. They had told me yes if I use the “sell” option. Apparently that info is wrong even though the company told me to do so. My money is stuck in the sell account and I cannot use it. For months, this was supposed to be “looked into” yet no one can answer the phone or give me answers via email just “we’ll look into it”.
