They sell items on eBay that they do not have in stock. Then they'll ship one item to make it look like the items didn't shipped and then they'll try to send the rest in other packages so they don't have to ship it and the time they manner that they say they will. There's shipping information and their policies are not visual on eBay as I have looked for them. They will not give you much of a refund as they say that they cannot make any money off of it then.
