This is my second time using this place, and the first time was A-Okay, smooth. But this time they played in my face. Over charged me for used tires, and then placed the wrong tires on my vehicle without my permission. I did not realize it until the next day, so I called and I told them about it. I was really satisfied with the service along with the purchase I made. They greeted me with kindness and professionalism..
Was the staff nice yes clean place. I went in and bought an $80 tire. Tire was never shown to us just put on after payment was received. No receipt gave just thank you have a great day. We left and instantly noticed a whine sound that wasn't their before an the truck shook because of it. We had things to do so we went home put the spare back on an went on our way. Next morning we see that the tire had a huge gash in it that was plugged I called and was told I had a 20 day warranty that the tire would be replaced. Took me a w... read more
