When I went in to open my account, I noticed the bank staff knew all their customers names. Not just one or two, but every member that walked in was greeted by their name. I was very impressed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. I love this credit union.
I would give a zero star if I could. Every interaction I have had with the so called “business” has been rude and not helpful. When I spoke with them multiple times they acted like I was beneath them. I was having issues with the website and when I made a phone call about trying to figure it out, the person I spoke with they acted like I was stupid and when they realized it was the website not me, they never once apologized for the way they spoke to me. DO NOT bank with USAlliance! If I could give them no stars, I would! Your money will not be protected! I had a fraudulent activity on my account and they did not help. They weren’t able to refund me my money after the scammer impersonated a USAlliance employee who contacted me via a legitimate USAlliance text message thread. I lost thousands of dollars!
worst bank. they denied me for opening using their strict chex systems rules. thats after my account was opened then they changed their mind. I don't have anything negative on my report. its just silly reason to deny someone. If you had opened too many account they deny you...is that a good reason?? i don't think so. I'll just take my money elsewhere
