I have no complaints about USAlliance's financial services per se, but do strongly object, as a healthcare professional and as a cyclist, to their website's wallpaper showing a group of cyclists riding without helmets!. They don't understand that HELMETS should be worn by all cyclists and are in fact legally required in NYS for riders under 15 years old. I was able to get an account with them 25 years ago because my dad is a member and have had it ever since. First, it feels nice not to keep your money with a big bank! This Port Chester branch has a nice feel to it. You don’t wait in long lines, and they are friendly and helpful but are not pushing products on you. They have a few nice perks, like letting you get your direct deposit a couple of days early, and the ability to use a broad group of ATMs (including Citibank) for free.

When I went in to open my account, I noticed the bank staff knew all their customers names. Not just one or two, but every member that walked in was greeted by their name. I was very impressed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. I love this credit union.
