Insurance quote on 1 vehicle was lots more than 2 vehicles on State Farm. Why do they keep calling me, like I should jump at the chance to pay lots more.
They keep you on hold for approximately 30 mins, then they have to transfer you because the person that finally answered can never help you with your problem. If you ever have to file a claim get ready to do every thing yourself and never have anyone return your phone calls. It's been almost 3 months I have been without my car and I still do not have anything resolved. It's beyond ridiculous!!
USagencies is nothing but a scan. If you just need a piece of paper to show police great. If you ever need them you are hung out to dry.
I have been on hold for 42 minutes and you still will not answer a simple phone call!!! DONT give a 1-800 number and then never answer. Dang people....
Don't ever go here if you don't have at least an hour to wait. I haven't ever been in here when the reps show any kind of work ethic or sense of urgency for anything other than lunch. Cheap insurance though.
Only one worker they were on break for like 3 hours then changed the break time and people were standing outside at 215 it got changed till 230 and they didn't arrive until 2:40 pm they have horrible customer service
Way to slow!! Lobby full of people waiting to pay bill and one lady sitting at her desk doing nothing!! Then got up and left!! I will find another insurance company!!
Worst place ever!!!! Inept people who work there it takes for ever to do some simple paperwork, they have a bad attitude and it could be 3-4 people in their desks and only one is dealing with customers. Very bad service, I can't wait to go somewhere else
