Dameon and his staff are always AWESOME when I come in!!!! I get in and get right out even im not therr talking to them, lol!!!! Glad to find a company who understood all my needs!!! See you guys soon!!!
They keep you on hold for approximately 30 mins, then they have to transfer you because the person that finally answered can never help you with your problem. If you ever have to file a claim get ready to do every thing yourself and never have anyone return your phone calls. It's been almost 3 months I have been without my car and I still do not have anything resolved. It's beyond ridiculous!!
I have been on hold for 42 minutes and you still will not answer a simple phone call!!! DONT give a 1-800 number and then never answer. Dang people....
