I absolutely love USAgencies!! I have been using them for years. I visited the Decatur location yesterday, I actually drove 40 miles to get there. The insurance is very affordable!!! They got me in, insured and out the door in less than 30 mins. April Pruitt was my representative. She was seriously a breathe of fresh air. She was the sweetest!!! It uplifted my mood and spirit just talking with her. I give her 5 stars too!!!!
Don't ever go here if you don't have at least an hour to wait. I haven't ever been in here when the reps show any kind of work ethic or sense of urgency for anything other than lunch. Cheap insurance though.
Only one worker they were on break for like 3 hours then changed the break time and people were standing outside at 215 it got changed till 230 and they didn't arrive until 2:40 pm they have horrible customer service
Tammy Santos was very disrespectful and so were the other two lady's I talk to. They have gave my wife a run around for over a week now and we've been lied to and I'm sick of it. This place is NO GOOD.
The people here are very friendly and the rates are alot cheaper than most companies. I refer my family and friends to check out the prices.
