The older reviews, thankfully, aren't quite as relevant. I don't think I'm gonna die. Probably. I can't realistically rate any lower than a 3, because it's not the clinics fault this base is undermanned and ignored. The providers aren't bad, but they aren't amazing either.
I’ve never had a good experience here when I was active duty, dealing with them retired is just as bad. They lost over 200 pages of medical records, just out of the blue. This is the WORST base clinic I’ve have ever had to deal with.
Took my child to Peds clinic on 7 October and saw Dr. Phillips. Dr.Phillips made Keegan feel important and encouraged him to stay safe as he does skateboarding. We also stopped by Rad and Immunizations and all techs were amazing with him. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to my son.
This is the most INCOMPETENT Med Group that I have had to go to yet!
