Had USABLE Life for 7 years. They did pay once. This time husband hurt finger playing volleyball. Waited a couple weeks to see if it would heal. When it didn’t get better, he called a hand specialist. He couldn’t get an appointment until 1 day after the cut off date for USABLE. They denied his claim because his appointment was one day late. The doctor didn’t have a sooner appointment. Seems crazy to me.

Horrible insurance company they will not pay you, They definitely know how to charge you but I will never pay you for what you need to get unfortunately it’s a scam.

It’s a horrible insurance company. They know how to take your money. If the time comes and you need to get some money back they were denied you. Learn from all the people mistakes again do not use them they’re all a scam

Worst customer service ever! They don’t care if you after get frustrated on a call you decided to cancel your membership, they just do it with attitude like Im the one missing something and they don’t miss anything letting you go, they don’t apologize or try to help over the phone.

I found this company functions like a scam! When I submitted all document they requested, they didn't even review but closed my claim! Never trust this company, they are a big scammer!

This company is focused to exploit your current illnesses and your business. Eventually, their goal is to either deny or discount the monies on your claim. The analyst will discourage all written documentation. Instead they only want to have verbal information to reduce potential legal suits. Even then, both customer service and the analyst do not provide direct answers or lie. You need to exercise the "21 questions" first in order to let you know their vague answers.
