This place has always treated me fairly. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used scooter. The warranty even for their used scooters is good.

Listed car as no problems and 75% tire tread left, tires bald and clicking noise almost burnt up car. They knew about it and acknowledged it to me.

Dealing with this business is the worst experience that I have ever encountered. I had a flat tire on my motorcycle. I was stuck right outside of their shop. I went in and asked if they had a tube for that bike and the cost. They said that they had a tube and it would be $95.00 to fix. Any other shop charges around $60.00. I was stuck so I had them fix it. They took the wheel in the back, where I couldn't see what they were doing. The guy joe is a scumbag!!!! He rips everybody off and is a scam artist. Everything in that store is junk. He will rip you off do not waste ur time or money

I hope you try a different seller / shop – They aren't on Sunrise now, they're on their 3rd address on N. Dixie Hwy. We bought a new scooter and it took 6 weeks to get a plate, and a year to get the title. They may have used the title to borrow against ? Can't be sure. The bike needed service - one brake's wiring had been disconnected in a fall. Joe said it was fixed, but when it didn't work, he said, you only need one brake anyway. There was much more ,,, BUT. .. I'd suggest there are better places to shop.

The scooter I bought from them was brand new. I have had it for about 7 months and it is falling to pieces literally. Engine mount became detached (costs $$), there is an extreme oil leak in the engine (costs more $$), horn stopped working which is an easy fix but you get my point, it shakes when I am stopped, and the outer body seems to be coming detached from the frame!! Do not buy here. Learn about the dealer you buy from and don't always look for the cheapest.
