We had a dishwasher leak and Devon was able to come out the next day to give us an initial damage assessment. Devon and his team were excellent in their emergency response and removing the water damage.
We had a really great experience working with Devon Hood as our Lead Technician. He was professional, trustworthy and communicated each step of the process well.
Delfino Monte’s with USA Restoration did an excellent job on our water damage inspection. He showed up faster than expected and after another company had looked the day before not even taking an look in the crawl space to truly discover what was causing the problem they just wanted to get to work fixing damage. I highly recommend USA Restoration company. On Labor Day night after 8 PM (last night), I had an emergency with water damage at home. I searched online and was lucky to find USA Restoration. Delfino Montes from their company came right away, was very professional, and carefully helped remove the water. He helped me stay calm during a very stressful holiday night. I could not be more pleased with the service we recieved today from USA Restoration!!!! They have gone out of their way to help me feel relieved with this water damage to our bathroom and room beneath it!
