I have water damage. USA Restoration sent Delfino Montes to do the inspection. He was professional and found the problem, which wasn't evident quite quickly. Did I mention the water leaked into the lower unit, and again, Delfino is working with my neighbor to repair his damages. Yes, water damage sucks, but yeah, for having such a great employee, USA Restoration.
I had a wonderful experience this morning working with Delfino Montes. He arrived to evaluate my house after significant water damage. He was exceptionally helpful —great communication and explained everything very well. Also helped me get my insurance claim filed and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. USA Restoration came out immediately to begin mitigation of water damage. Devon Hood and his crew worked hard to ensure everything was done to ensure complete dry out. They were courteous and communicated each day of the process. I highly recommend them.
USA Water Restoration was awesome to work with. They were professional, friendly, and worked with our schedule easily.
