Had some water damage from a bathroom leak and the plumers sugested USA restoration company to come out to asses the problem that there could be some water damage. Delfino came to my house today to test where their might be water damage. Delfino explained what he was going to do, and what might need to be done. Follow up my water damage project. Devon from USA Restoration company is so amazing! He came with all the equipments for dryer needed, set everything up quickly, and showed up every day on time for follow-ups. Super responsible and professional — really impressed with his service.
Left feeling frustrated. Treated poorly for asking simple help. Definitely not worth it.
Unacceptable wait times. I waited over an hour with no updates. Left without being served.
