terrible customer service. I get charged all the time for extra bags or extra pickups. I never even fill up my one can!! I have never put extra bags out. Call all the time about it and they say they are going to fix it. Never have. Bout to end my service with them.
I am so grateful for these guys! I went many years having to haul my own garbage, so it is still such a blessing to me to be able to put garbage and recycling out at the curb every week and have it all taken away. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!
