I just tried calling the office to dispute charges they made on my bill.i stayed on the phone for 1hr,and18 min.got disconnected. They didn't pick my garbage up for 2 weeks because of the snow. They told me to put up to 8 bags on the curb,which I did,now they are charging me 22 Dollars for pickup up the bags they told me to put on the curb.
