This is another company who has a very heavy reliance on technology and automation, and doesn’t give a damn about talking to the customer. Even the surveys are completely automated and done through the Internet and they have completely removed the human element. This company does not deserve to have customers.
Great customer service, including billing, container, and scheduling a pick up.
