They are unable to answer basic patient questions. I paid my entire bill in cash and they called me 6 months later saying I owed them money after doing an unsatisfactory job in the first place. I'm not one to complain, but this place needs to be investigated for fraud. Do not go here.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. In July 2023 I was scheduled for an RFA procedure. The day of the appt, I paid my co-pay and was prepped for the procedure. Dr. Mahoney could not find the vein for ablation and canceled the surgery and I was sent home. About a year later I receive a bill for a remaining co-pay for the surgery that did not happen. I requested my medical records and see that Dr. Patricia Mahoney fraudulently has written up and signed the RFA was completed on me and my insurance bill was over 1,600.00... read more
I had to go twice bc the first time I waited hours and wasn’t seen. The second time I was told they would email me estimates for cost of treatment that same day. I still haven’t gotten emails, and when I call, I get passed around between customer service and billing. No one can help me. I have wasted hours on these appointments and phone calls for zero results or even a guess of what treatment/resolution will cost. I do not recommend this place.

Dr Mahoney is very knowledgeable and great to work with, however the office is seldom ever open on time and wait time is long. Office staff is friendly tho and scheduling was easy.
