I am very upset drove to my appt and then was told the Dr. is no longer there ?? At first i thought this was a April fools joke but no!! So why was I not contacted to reschedule or at least be told not to come in? But the emails and text sure where coming in to be there!! I work in Healthcare and this is not how you treat patients!! The girl up front stated there phones where not working and no one has a cell phone?? Just rude to take time off work and drive there and get treated horribly!!! If I could give them a zero, I would. My husband scheduled his appointment on March 21 for April 1. He was sent a message this morning, confirming his appointment for the third time. We arrived at his appointed time and were told the doctor no longer works there. Why were we not given a courtesy phone call? He had the day off to take care of this specifically. Your location is unprofessional and obviously needs new management. Do better.
