I go to checkout store for first time, find out it is closed normally. Left a message to schedule an appointment. I get a callback from owner and was told they are two months out.
I had a very good experience with Paul and others here. I bought a used Ayon Triton Evo amp from a private seller that needed repair. Paul helped me troubleshoot by phone then arranged shipping to AZ for a tech eval. Unfortunately, it had to go to Austria and back but he handled everything. This could have been a nightmare but was not. Fair pricing and excellent communications. My amp is 100% now. Thanks to Paul and staff at USA Tube Audio. Highly recommended 👌🏼
