I own 2 suv's, 2019 Chevy Traverse and 2019 Cadillac XT-5. Nowhere on their website do they mention that the tire step will not work on these vehicles. Nowhere do they even mention any exceptions to use!!! The front coil spring are n the way so the upper crossmember will not sit behind the tire. I had to pay for return shipping with no refund for such. One would think that this company should have disclosed which vehicles will and will not function.
