Very simply put, they have a track record of NOT honoring their spoken/written contracts. If could have left 0 stars, that's exactly what I would give this dealership. I contacted them on FB Marketplace about a truck I wanted to test drive and buy. u should call them 10 times to talk with rep. and the truck which posted is sold. no one works on there. never call again.

I drove 3.5 hours to buy a dump truck from USA truck sales. We agreed on a price, but there were a lot of things I wanted fixed,they agreed to fix these things. Fast forward 2 weeks, and they said everything was fixed, and these things were not fixed as stated. I trusted Rafael and Luis, the owners, and I should not have. They wanted their financing, so they lied about what they did fix. I drove 4 hours just to go and check a truck with a rotten chassis come on people be serious stop scamming people you going to end up in trouble..maneje 4 horas para ir a ver un camion con el chassis podrido porfavor señores dejen de querer engañar a la gente mi consejo es no compren ahi eso no sirve.
