booked a load virginia to Virginia. The broker told me apt at 11AM When I got to shipper they told me you late apt was at 8:00AM .they told me we will load you but we will not pay detention. I contact my broker with email she respond yes we will pay you detention. After 6 hrs waiting another dispatcher call me he said they will not load you we will give you TONU.
