Excellent Service, had us back on the road within hours
They tired to say my th400 wasn’t rebuildable, and that it was total junk and wanted me to pay for taking it apart. However I knew it wasn’t in bad condition So I took it to another shop and they laughed and said it was most definitely worth rebuilding. Basically wasted 2 weeks of time on my project truck. i definitely won’t ever be coming back. Epic fail of a transmission shop
My car was taken there by dealership to repair the transmission. I am grateful that they were able to get it done fast. However when I received the vehicle back it would not even crank. I called the shop and made him aware of this he than agreed to look at it again. I took it in after changing the battery and terminals. Told him exactly what it was doing. They bought a warranty with the used transmission they put in our car...I am SO GRATEFUL! The replacement one blew and we will get the next one covered with no out of pocket expense.
