The people at usa tires are great. What gets me is that they are one of the best deals in town, yet the service does not suffer because of this. In fact, the service here is the BEST I've ever experienced in recent years. Highly Recommended!
This is my second time here and both times they have great prices and are the best at customer service.
The service is good and the thing i liked the most was the it was matter of in-and-out, quick service. i called in and asked them about my truck's tires, which they had in stock with really good price. went to down to the shop and they put the tires on in the time they told me. definitely recommend if you want quick service. 'you get what you pay for.'
Went in on a Saturday and they were slammed but took good care of me - helping me to order new wheels. They had to be ordered, and told me it would take five days. They took over for the now defunked and should be BIG O Tires and the Lame guy that followed them in this spot. I went in their because of a bad break job the previous company had done and they were more than willing to help me out for a fraction of the original cost. Local guy runs the place. They deserve a chance. Because of the bad rap the people before them created they know they have to earn the trust back. I recommend them.
