I took my Tundra there for wheel bearing, alignment, brakes, and rotors. The customer service is top notch, and they took their time to make sure the work is done right. They exceeded my expectations. Fixed the problems I’ve been having. The overall cost of everything is hard to beat. Thank you USA Tires for an awesome experience and you all earn a loyal customer here that will come back for any vehicle issues I can’t fix.
I really enjoyed my last visit; customer service staff (Isaac, this time); is always trying to give you the best options for every budget; the 4 months credit no interest option for any service is very convenient at these times. My car got the Balata'S Service in less time i expected, the waiting room is spacious, clean and comfortable to spend time while our cars get the attention needed.
Although they do good work. Do not I repeat do not go with there in house credit. They will pay double if not triple the amount in 3 months if not paid in full beware of this as information is not fully disclosed until after the fact. A $900 bill can quickly turn into $2200 if not vigilant
