The customer service is horrible. I have 3 machines with Nayax and didn't have these issues getting my card reader set up. I have been calling since Friday, I even called Sunday and a lady claim to take my information down. I dont recommend this company to ANYONE!
Great personal, they are moving by the end of the year.
I actually give no stars, but that isn't an option. Terrible user experience and customer service. Currently, I have sat on hold for over an hour...30 minutes before a live person answered with no option of leaving a message. Then, the rep couldn't answer my questions or solve my problems which are ongoing and were supposed to have been solved a few weeks ago.
