USA Soorts Medicine in Miami Lakes is awesome. Zach takes his time and the treatment he has provided has made a tremendous difference for my lower back. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. All of the other staff I have met are very professional and competent as well. After years of lower back pain and thousands of dollars spent, I have finally found treatment that has worked. I highly recommend this place.
I did shockwave therapy with Zach on both of my heels, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I was dealing with a lot of heel pain, and after the treatment, the difference was incredible. The pain gradually went away, and now I’m completely healed.
Movement Lab is by far the best spot when it comes to physical therapy. Been working with Zach for months now and couldn’t have asked for a better PT. He is the best at what he does. Highly recommend for all physical therapy needs.

Absolutely the best PT. I have rods in my spine from spinal fusion (scoliosis surgery) and so much scar tissue, resulting in restricted mobility body aches and tension. Dr. Zach is amazing. He has help me in healing & recovery coming to PT consistently has been life changing. Mind & body! Highly recommend plus the atmosphere is a vibe! even my teenage daughter loves coming to movement lab.
