I was interested in purchasing a pair of figure skates, and I went here to shop. The owner was very demeaning and talked down to me in a way few people have done. He misunderstood my questions, and lectured me instead of trying to give suitable answers. It was a horrible experience that left me fuming, and I left within minutes.

wide variety of skates at many different price points I looked at the USA Skates website to see exactly what kind of skates they have. They do have a wide assortment, but since I know next to nothing about skating - much less if I'm even going to like it, I'm just using them right now as a resource before investing too much more money.
Very friendly! With so many rink pro shops gone (rinks closing or rink pro shops change hands and decrease figure skating inventory) this this shop consistently is availavble to figure skaters. Experienced sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, USA Skates, for your consistency and dedication to providing necessary equipment to the sport of figure skating!
