The person who manages the property is extremely rude. Also everything in my storage unit is ruined because of mice. They have pooped and urinated all over everything. I pulled a chair out and a mouse crawled out from under the cushion and ran into another unit. I called the manager and he said they have never had a mouse problem. If you have anything you want to keep dont use this facility. Everything will be ruined.

I rented storage like 7 years ago while waiting to move to bigger house and December 2023 I am Waiting again and it has been a good place to store household items, clean, no problems, great experience 👍. The otter creek location. The first time I rented it was a nice older female and this time it is a nice male both was very nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Thank you

The gentleman there is very friendly. It's in a good location. Well lit and storage units are nice.

Stopped by the Garland Street location on a whim looking for storage space close to home. Met the general manager Taylor Velasco who was outstanding! She was very communicative of what was available and took the time to show me units during my lunch hour. Highly recommend USA Self Storage for your storage needs. Professional and courteous service.
