I had a poor experience at a different USA storage facility recently that was under the same ownership. Because of that I was reluctant to use this storage. When I talked with Crystal the manager of the USA East Gate facility, she was so professional, friendly and accommodating I decided to give it another go. It was a complete opposite great experience. As long as Crystal is there I give great recommendations to this business. If you need a great climate controlled environment, call Crystal. She is the best

USA Self Storage is a professional, clean, secured, trusting facility. This is by far, the best place to store my belongings. And the fact that there is a manager on site, brings comfort to me knowing my stuff will be extra safe. Tanya has been a tremendous help to me and my family with our storage unit needs and has always gone above and beyond to make sure, if we needed anything at all. Very helpful and professional. Customer service is awesome. I give this facility 5 stars. Thank you, Grace

Irritating! I needed tape and other packing materials on a Sunday. Their OPEN sign was on and visible from the road and lights were on inside. As I walked up to the door I saw the Business Hours sign. CLOSED ON SUNDAY. I hope they enjoyed my one finger salute as I walked away. Turn off your sign and lights when you're closed!
