At this point I should have read the reviews because it definitely would have avoided getting my lawyers involved. This company is completely unprofessional and the reviews speak for themselves. I allowed my employees to work with this company and now they aren’t being compensated. All of their calls are being ignored and the “supervisor” is going back and forth about what he “heard” about our company instead of worrying about why they aren’t following labor laws. I worked 2 weeks 32 hours but I got only 10 hours paycheck . I worked at pebblebrook New Britain. Account manager Amy has terrible communication skills and lacks professionalism. She speaks very rudely to the guards. The company just seems very sketchy. They either pay in cash or with a personal check with a separate sheet with information of supposedly taxes taken out. In addition, they’re only an event only security agency with minimal work.
