Was very frustrated with the roofer I had originally called because he wouldn't return calls promptly and then when I tried to get him scheduled to tarp the roof due to pending rain storm, he said sorry but it would be easier if I just did that myself. Brandon, Allen, John, Michelle and the field staff are exceptional. Very professional, always on time, committed to the customer and providing the best solution even if it isn't the most expensive.

I found this company using the BBB. USA Roofing was one of three companies that I contacted about examining my roof for hail damage. The owner himself came to my home, and he and his assistant worked with my claims adjuster to assess the damage. The work crew came promptly and worked diligently. Amazingly they did a fantastic job with clean up, and the work was finished within a day. The administrative staff did a great job of helping me get the documentations to the insurance company. USA Roofing was called to access the damage caused by hail during the storms of 2012. They worked with my insurance agent and field rep to get my roof replaced with no cost to me. It only took them two days to replace my roof and made my yard spotless. I was so impressed that my Son and Daughter used them to put new roofs on their homes. Thanks USA Roofing for a job well done.

I just had a beautiful, new roof put on my house on 03/11/14 by USA Roofing & Renovations LLC. I called on Thursday, 3/6/14, to set up an appointment for them to come out and they were able to work me in that day to come look at it. They were here on 03/11/014 to put a new roof on my house. They did an amazing job. The roof looks beautiful! The best test was that it rained that night and no leaks!!!! The owners and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. They came out on- time and were polite, efficient, and my roof looks great! It has been a little over 3 weeks and we've had several hard rains, I expect to hit the 25 year mark with this new roof.
