I purchased an air conditioner with the icepacks It did nothing to cool my room.i emailed Usaretail.theybsent me return info.i have to take pictures and forward them.then they wanted to give me 15% and keep the machine.i paid $177.00 on this junk.suddenly the return info disappeared from my email.have sent them 3more emails to recover the return info again.i have heard nothing.i will warn others.i would like to get my money back.

If there was ***** stars I would rate them that.HUGE SCAM/RIP OFF!!!!! Its a glorified fan that doesnt even cool the room and having to add water with no great results.. returning is non existent.. We found an ad on ******** for this companys supposed air conditioning units, formerly 300.00$, now just 180.00$. Advertised as portable air conditioning stand-up A/C units, after opening the box and reading the instructions, it clearly stated that these were cooling mist units, NOT a/c units, and would not cool the room. So we were scammed into paying $180.00 each for a couple of glorified misting fans. The ad and the instruction book clearly contradict each other. Frustrated in *******.
