Had them come out to fix a bad GFI plug. After looking at the Main Panel and found burnt wires, (WOW did not know how bad they were) he replaced the breakers and rewired the box. Also added a whole house Surge protector. Thanks we now feel safer in our home. Thanks Bobby! ++++ Update++++ After going on line and found the price of the parts, I was shocked at how much we were charged! The Surge Protector listed at $180.00 they charged me over $900.00. The total came to $7,700.
The gentleman on the phone was actually super nice, very cordial and friendly. The problem was the tech who came over to my place to give me a quote on the job. I got quoted a price that is 2.5x's more than what everyone else was quoting after coming to see the job site. However, this tech, after seeing the work I needed done, started fumbling around in his folder, could not find what he needed to price me properly, so he just randomly threw out a much higher number than what everybody else was quoting for.
