Don't waste your time. The secretary at front desk is borderline rude and dismissive. They didn't make me feel welcome in the least. I'm very friendly and gregarious person, but evidently, that doesn't matter here. All I needed was a copy of an affidavit notarized. I was given an appointment for 830am. I go there and their not open until 9am. In the meantime I'm made to wait 40 minutes and Alejandrina, the actual notary didn't seem to know anything about my appointment.
