They called ahead of time to let us know when they will arrive, they arrived on time (which is exactly in the time range that we've scheduled). Did 2 homes for me in same day. Made a mess of dust in the furnace room in both homes. And didn’t brush the vents with a snaking tool. Only blew out vents with air. Rip off. Before hiring them, I asked them if they would snake all the vents to clean out the ductwork, they said yes but that’s not what they did. I asked if there will be any mess after they finish, they said no mess. They lied.
The technicians who came to clean the ducts explained the whole process, showed us the work after it was completed and were very professional throughout the cleaning process. The price was great and I will definitely let others know about the great service we received. I highly recommend USA Pro-Vac.
Service was wonderful, admittedly it’s been years since I had my Ductwork cleaned, Leo was wonderful and explained everything in detail. Also, I had my dryer cleaned. Amazing how much junk came out of The vent. Was well worth the price I paid and more competitive than other companies that I looked into. Definitely highly recommend! Great job.
The technician did a great job explaining the process and it went very smooth. Made a huge difference for my asthmatic son. This company specializes in duct work and they do it well. I would recommend USA Pro-Vac to anyone needing air duct cleaning.
