I am very satisfied with USA Pro-Vac. They were able to schedule my neighbor and I on the same day for a discounted price. The technicians were great! They were very thorough with explaining each part of the process and letting me know any concerns they may have had. They did not try to peer pressure me into adding on any services, however they did advise me on what services I could benefit from in the future and which ones were not needed at this time.

Did 2 homes for me in same day. Made a mess of dust in the furnace room in both homes. And didn’t brush the vents with a snaking tool. Only blew out vents with air. Rip off. Before hiring them, I asked them if they would snake all the vents to clean out the ductwork, they said yes but that’s not what they did. I asked if there will be any mess after they finish, they said no mess. They lied.

I’m very happy with the service! The team was professional, arrived on time, and did a thorough job cleaning the air ducts. They explained the process clearly and left everything clean when they finished. I can already notice a difference in the air quality. Highly recommend their service!

Leo and his partner were great. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Cleaned my 1,800sq/ft house in about 1.5 hours and showed the results during the process.
