Great job by USA Pro-Vac this week! Duct cleaning - At least 14 years of yuck to clear out. The technicians were knowledgeable and informative, and very professional. They made certain to show and explain all aspects of the work, and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend and will use again!
Hired them for air duct cleaning and they did a good job, don't know the last time the ducts were cleaned in the house we purchased so they are definitely a lot cleaner now. Pretty informative on the process but they do not have a camera to show you the end result like other companies do. One of the techs tho seemed kind of pushy wanting to upsell me on other services. USA Pro-Vac did a phenomenal job! They took care of everything we needed to improve the air quality of our home. They educated us on everything we needed to do and showed us what they were doing every step of the way. Additionally, they were the only company in the area that had long enough cords to be able to reach our furnace. I highly recommend this company!
The 2 technicians that up were both very friendly and knowable, explained everything before they started. We walked the house so they knew how many vents needed cleaning. Before they were done doing the vents they let me look at how much stuff was in the vents. You could hear all the stuff going through the vacuum tube to the truck. Would recommend them.
Second time that USA Pro-vac as been to our house. Leo and his partner are so nice and professional. They do great work and provide tips on how to keep your equipment in shape. Do a decent job for duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and sanitation of the system. I think they could improve service why taping off vents to get a larger draw and vacuum the areas it spills behind.
