The technician did a great job explaining the process and it went very smooth. Made a huge difference for my asthmatic son. This company specializes in duct work and they do it well. I would recommend USA Pro-Vac to anyone needing air duct cleaning.
I chose this company based on all the 5-star reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. The technician called to move my appointment earlier due to a cancellation, which was fine. However, when he arrived, he informed me that if I paid by card, I would have to cover their 6% fee—something that was never mentioned when I confirmed the price. The gentlemen who came called ahead to make sure I was there and even adjusted my time a bit as I was running late! They explained every step of the way and were so courteous. They explained future maintenance and helped me take care of my furnace. So wonderful!
Top-notch service! The team was very professional and had a great attitude. They were careful, quick, and did a fantastic job cleaning the AC ducts. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I’ll definitely use their service again. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with USA Pro Vac! They arrived later than my expected service window but kept me informed throughout the day as they were falling behind schedule to confirm my availability. Great communication before and during the service. They were friendly, helped educate me on my AC, furnace, and humidifier, and gave great recommendations on what to look for when buying filters and how often I need maintenance. Will highly recommend to others and will plan to use in the future!
