Terrible customer service, they 'lost' our money for our purchase. How does that even happen? It's been 5 days and barely a word back from them. I think this place is a scam and we have been ripped off. STAY AWAY!

They are very quick to get your info and send you a congratulations begging for a 5 star review before they even get your info. Didn’t hear back for 3 days originally said couldn’t find where I sent info in after I immediately said done on first contact Not a peep since even if there isn’t anything a quick text is all that’s needed.
