The portables are clean and the weekly maintenance is good. The man who services the unit is very nice. The only issue i have is with the office staff who works the phone she is very unprofessional tried to run my card multiple times and proceeded to tell me my card was declined but little did she know i moved the payment to a pre paid card that only had enough to pay that bill so therefore i knew it was paid and she tried to run more than once. We ordered a lav back in March (3/9/21) for a client of ours, I happened to be on vacation when the order was placed, but I believe that it arrived in a timely manner. I emailed 2 weeks later (3/29/21) for pick up, 2 days later (3/1/21) I followed up with Michelle, she stated the unit would be picked up the following week. On 7/12/21 I was notified by my client that the lav was still there and it hadn't been cleaned.
