When you call USA Plumbing, you will get someone from Viper. They are NOT open 24/7. Jerry came out on Saturday for sewer and water spicket outside. Said he fixed the sewer but when I called 3 times on Sunday because sewer was backing up again, I never received a call back. Called again on Monday morning and finally got a call back and when he showed up, he had excuses as to why he couldn't do certain things to fix my problem.
