Won’t be back. Every time I come in to get help, the manager is outside smoking and on her phone. If someone has to go out and “bother” you at least don’t come back inside irritated because you have to help me and do your job. Apparently only managers can do certain things and I don’t appreciate being number two to a phone call or a cigarette. Do better.
Had two like new Ryobi tools (1 with battery) and was original offered 35. Still low, but I could make it work. Then some woman comes over and points out something on the computer and the guy then tells me that he could only offer 12 for all three tools. I've been going to USA pawn for many years (in several different locations) and was never disrespected like that. The battery was only 1.5, but that alone was worth at least 20 at a pawn shop.
