Horrible service they don’t acknowledge you when you come in they take forever to ask you if you need help
Usually a loan or pawn service is a discreet transaction in my experience. It’s not so discrete when a reminder is sent to your home, especially when it is a $200 loan. Be careful if you’re trying to stay under the radar, USA Pawn will blow your cover. Not impressed at all.
Got a PS 4 and it wasn’t working properly from them took it back and they made it right immediately and blew us away with their great customer service. We will be back to do business angina very soon. Again thank you and we appreciate you guys!!!
