I think you're ok here if they're not busy. If they are busy then you'll get a very rushed job. Been here twice now but don't think I'd go a third time. Yes it's convenient, as you can just walk in and they'll squeeze you in. But that comes at a cost. It's not a relaxing environment at all, as they all seem to shout at one another, rather than speak to one another. I got your nails done yesterday and very happy with their service. I did builder gel with some design. They look so beautiful. High recommend

Charged me for a full manicure, but just changed the colour's on my nails, then kept me soaking my feet for 35 minutes because no one was available to do the pedicure, this was even after being asked to come back in half An hour. Then when I went to pay she said $95, and as I presented my card the boss yelled something and she said, oh sorry that will be $105. I didn't even have my toes painted..never again, this was the second time I've had bad service and the last.

I’m sure this place is great…as long as you are an “important” customer like spending more money but all I wanted was the builder gel taken off. They were rushing and hurting me the whole time. BE gentle with your clients I don’t care how rushed you are!
