I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years and never any real issue until I was paired with the nail tech named Tran. She’s extremely ghetto, unprofessional and very confrontational. I politely told her I didn’t like the design she did because it didn’t look like the picture I showed her and her polish was messy. If I could leave a no star review I would. I called the day before coming in they said that I could come in I traveled from DC to Waldorf just for them to say we don’t take walk ins and if they did they was booked until 3:30. Very rude. I am a paying customer and I wouldn’t want them to touch me they are really rude. And nasty.
