Got a mani/pedi here, service was very slow and left with an uneven manicure and multiple nicks and cuts on my cuticles.

So I came the weekend it had a grand opening and it was good service but then I came today and it wasn’t the best experience they got different prices in a book but say it’s different in the system which don’t have nothing to do with me cause I can’t see the system so make sure you get the price at the beginning so you don’t expect something different.

USA nails doesn't deserve a 1 star It seems there is new management in place, and only one original staff member remains. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. During our visit, the team struggled to complete their work correctly and attempted to pass us off to three different people instead of addressing the issue themselves. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted despite the need to sign in. However, I believe it is advisable to schedule an appointment with a specific individual, as I was not turned away. The customer service was exceptional. Without any hesitation, the staff inquired about my preferences as soon as I took a seat. Miss Tracy promptly commenced working on my gel manicure.
