Tina and her team was great helped us no matter how difficult it seemed , they refused to let us down and we will continue to use them for future business.
Great company, but if they order an appraisal, make sure to specifically ask that Tonya does not do it! She made so many errors and even used old pictures of the home which is unethical! She was unwilling to correct any numbers from the appraisal. Save yourself the headache and make sure to say, I do NOT want Tonya doing the appraisal.
Christina and her team were top notch. Right off the bat they made sure that I understood all of my options they communicated effectively were available anytime I had a question or a concern. They were very thorough and made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. They are a top notch team.
