I'm filing this review trying to get an appraisal fee refunded. An agent there *** leads to believe an escrow on our property was to be finished in 2 weeks. We spent, almost $13,000.00 on repairs and still wasn't able to get the re financing we needed. Stay away from this company.

Getting clear information when they were working up numbers was difficult. In the end, closing costs were more than discussed, and the credits promised to me by the person handling my loan, which she said would reduce the numbers I was concerned about, were not applied as discussed. This led to the total loan amount being higher than anticipated. The day of my closing, I felt slapped in the face by the final numbers.
