Absolutely NO professionalism. Confirmed appt this am for my Grandson's truck between 12pm and 3pm. Then Andrew sent a text "see you at 1pm". 1pm comes and goes, no show, no call. I finally text him @1:54 says he's on the way (45 minutes out) 3pm still no show. Says leave the keys he's coming now he's now 44 minutes out. I told him we'd wait. @3:37 a few minutes before he's supposed to show up, he sends a text "Hey there, I'm so sorry but I ran out of gas on the interstate so please just cancel". I was floored. Had a start problem with my car n they were able to diagnose in the morning I called. The mechanic Adrian did an outstanding job finding the problem as the starter and was able to replace the starter in the afternoon. Adrian was very professional and cost was great!! Will use if needed again
