Dr. Maricelis Morales and her staff deserve more than 5 stars in this review. I love everything about this office. I can't say enough about it, because both the medical staff and the doctor take the time to listen to you, guide you, and it's clear they truly want you as a patient to be well and healthy. They answer all your questions and concerns regarding your health. They don't let you leave the office unless you're 100% happy with your visit. Unfortunately, the service provided by the employees and even by the doctor herself has significantly deteriorated: they are rude, dismissive, apathetic, and arrogant. I want to make it clear that if I schedule an appointment, it is not to waste your time, but because I truly need your “help”; otherwise, I wouldn’t come to see your bitter face. There are patients with serious health issues who require specialized care and, for that reason, need to be accompanied by a family member. We are not here to play...
