I went there to get a dot physical. They took my blood pressure told me it was very high would not pass me. I went to Walmart checked and also purchased a blood pressure tester. My blood pressure was good both times. They did that so they could charge me for another visit.
The doctor / nurse McClave at this location is nice, i have nothing bad to say about her. My grievance is with the office manager / receptionist. She is obtuse rude and combative. I tried discussing a billing issue with her and she refused to listen, kept talking over me, talking down to me like i was a child, making excuses for the billing mistake. We visted this office two times in a seven day period. Megan McClave and the office staff were professional and caring. I will most definitely recommend this office to anyone who would ask.
